Digital Innovation
Helps digital health technology launch, adopt and scale in the NHS.
Building the infrastructure, standards and partnerships needed to enable safe, equitable, scalable adoption of digital mental health innovation across the NHS and beyond. Ensuring digital innovation is driven by the priorities, experiences and outcomes that matter to patients, carers and clinicians.
Digital Innovation supports the launch, adoption and scaling of digital mental health technologies in the NHS, creating pathways for digital therapeutics and measurement tools to reach the people who need them. The workstream is led by the University of Manchester through Mental Health Digital Innovation (opens in a new tab) (MHDI), working with partners including MindTech Bridge. Hosted by NIHR HealthTech Research Centre Mental Health (MindTech), Bridge is developing infrastructure and partnerships to connect digital mental health research with NHS adoption, sustainable investment and international scaling.
